Diabetic Diet & Blood Gluecose

   Recently, my wife took a health class for diabetics at Kaiser Permanente. To our surprise, they emphasized balanced, healthy meals. If you needed to lose weight they emphasized limiting the calories and more excersize.

   They did NOT eliminate carbs, etc..Balance is what is needed.
